As a marketing and communications professional, journalist, and administrator, I have a wealth of experience in company storytelling, narrative shaping, and content creation. In the workplace, I’ve created web, newsletter, and marketing content, managed social media accounts, and coordinated community and media outreach. I’ve further developed my marketing and social media management skills as the publicist and marketing manager of EXIT Theatre, freelance marketing and publicity consultant, and producer of my own theatrical and public-facing events.
In 2018, I completed a 30-unit certification program in digital media design and print production at City College of San Francisco. I’m proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Outlook, WordPress, Drupal, Canva, HTML, CSS, and Adobe Suite, and have worked with a variety of email, ticketing, and project management platforms and software.
I currently coach and assist artists, non-profits, and small businesses in communications, marketing, and publicity. I’m also a certified community mediator and experienced meeting facilitator.
You can read a quick primer of publicity basics I wrote for Theatre Bay Area here; design and marketing portfolio is here.
Nicole’s experience as a journalist, community coordinator, and amplifier of others’ voices, makes her the perfect partner in honing your message and spreading it to the world, or focusing it on the exact right audience you want.
